AsperWin® CAM software is the result of 15 years of intense development and continuous improvement based on customer input in the area of software applications for CNC machines.  It unifies practical programming experience, long-term user knowledge and an intuitive and transparent way of working.

AsperWin® provides tools for the easy and fast creation of NC programs for various cutting technologies.   The basic package for direct cutting can be extended by various special modules made for specific cutting applications with additional devices it can be adapted to the current customer requirements.  With its well-arranged menu structure and enhanced features, AsperWin® represents a modern and powerful tool for NC programming.  The network version allows you to install AsperWin on a server with access from several work stations.

Autodesk

CAMduct is a total production solution that includes all the features needed to effectively control the production of piping components.  The software is great for use in HVAC, dust extraction, industrial ventilation, and in nuclear, marine and off-shore industries; and for other similar applications.  Through automatic nesting and control information from an extensive database of valves, CAMduct provides tools for meeting production lead times and improving productivity.

MPM - Effective Production Management

The MPM program package includes order processing modules and computer aided machining (CAM), including the ability to automatically select part nesting, warehouse management and cutting machine operation management.  In addition to streamlining the workflow (time saving), the goal is also to save material, simplify communication and relieve machine operators from unnecessary tasks that could be the basis for errors.

Feedback information to the order database is a unique feature compared to similar systems on the market, and it is only possible thanks to the interconnection of the iMSNC® control system and the AsperWin® CAM software.  In addition to that, MPM also offers the possibility to integrate machines and control systems from other manufacturers.

It is natural to connect to the ERP system of the customer (e.g. SAP, Microsoft and Axapta) with which the two-way exchange of data takes place.  In order to streamline production planning, MPM provides several types of outputs experienced in practice, e.g. weight analyses of individual orders and stock weight reports.

MPM modules

• "Stock & Order" - a database of materials, parts and orders with information on the current state of the warehouse and production and the possibility to connect to the ERP user system
• "AsperWin®" - integrated CAM software that allows the automatic loading of fittings from the database for the selected semi-finished product and the automatic generation of the cutting plan
• "MCP" - database of generated cutting plans and machine operation management
• "IMSNC®" - a machine control system allowing the automatic configuration of cutting parameters based on material information in the loaded cutting plan

mCAM

The mCAM 3D CAM software allows you to create cutting plans for spatial objects composed of planar and 3D shapes that are commonly used in steel structures - e.g. pipes, rectangular or IPE profiles, spherical segments or domes. The software is primarily designed for creating cutting plans from input 3D models in the STEP or IGES format, and for the purpose of integration with CAD systems, it also allows you to import 2D DXF files and create 3D objects from them by rolling the shell.

The application offers a modern, intuitive user environment that displays parts and assemblies in 3D, either in the form of a shaded object or a wireframe. MCAM can work as a standalone application, but it also implements tools for  its integration with Microstep Production Management (MPM) and for its connection to ERP customer relationship systems, which gives the customer  a powerful tool that can dramatically improve the efficiency of production in the production operation.
