We service of MicroStep CNC cutting machines for plasma, autogenous, laser and water cutting, including plasma sources, water pumps, filtration units, etc.
In addition to warranty and post-warranty servicing, we also carry out machine repairs and overhauls. We perform a preventive inspection on our machines every six months to ensure trouble-free and long-term operation.

The phone service and remote diagnostics are carried out by interconnecting the service centre directly with the machine. It allows an immediate diagnosis to be carried out, any defect to be removed, and the machine to be set up and programmed. It allows an immediate servicing operation to be carried out and eliminates unnecessary on-site servicing at the customer.
